The leadership style was challenging, and there were some questionable business practices. While assessing their technical infrastructure, it became clear that there were inefficiencies and potential overspending, which suggested either they were not receiving the best value from their service providers or mismanaging resources internally. Additionally, in an unusual gesture, the director handed me my final paycheck in a manner that felt unprofessional.

-Extremely poor rate of pay -Students allowed to cancel classes with little to no notice despite company policy requiring 24 hours notice -Little consideration made for teachers needing to eat or use the bathroom -Culture of bullying, complaints about conditions are often met with implied threats or classes being reassigned to different teachers
