Top Management is not leading the company rather just observing. Mid-management is trying to do leadership which means that top-strategy is lacking proper delivery hence having a big gap in between top management and rest of the employees. Communication on global level is also not always professional…if there is any. No benefits just a base salary which you shouldn’t expect to develop in line with your deliveries.
