      Just so surprised reading the comments about HR. Because as ex staff we definitely know the truth about the rest of the stories mentioned here. The management, the sales team, the ops team. But what happened to HR they are now also siding the wrongdoings? I know the previous HR team all of them are the real people person. Although not long I attached with the HR team (old team) I know the lead always empowered her team member, always listened and jump in if we need her. If not mistaken none of the HR now are from the old teams. Previous team they have Indian, Malay and 1 Chinese guy.

      The HR lead was awesome. Never has a feeling that she was our Lead as she was more like a friend/colleague. Awesome HR colleagues to work with as we never felt demotivated We worked like a family in HR Our colleagues in Lapasar was always awesome (Leads and below)

      Cons

      Please stop micromanaging and allow us to breathe. Senior Mgmt team should hear out us first rather than blaming us . Please just don't hear one side please. There was never a target. First day , 2 hiring, next day is 3 and so on. All we ever asked was for a discussion so that we can know what we are recruiting for and it never happen.

      Needs to Work 24 Hours a Day with No Basic Human Rights

      Above average salary package if follow their employment letter of 9AM-6PM Get to meet alot of people

      Cons

      Promoters are given an unrealistic sales target, if you cannot achieve, you will be monitored and pushed till midnight. Micro management to an extend where you don't even have time to go for a toilet break. You will get penalized and sacked with a 7 day notice if you do not achieve their targets, situation made worst with the absence of proper training and you are expected to do your job like the founders do. Having sufficient time to rest and sleep is an extreme privilege to work for this company, and this refers to sleeping 5 hours a day including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Essentially no career opportunities as the founders are autocratic management style.
