      ByteDance flexi and medical benefits are good, Lunch provided in office

      Cons

      - Nepotism Culture, with China lenses in decision making. - Bad hires and layoffs in cross-functional GTM teams with key personnel parachuted from mainland China, - Product investment in Feishu (China version of Lark) and Lark has pretty much a shell of Feishu for international users.

      Pros

      Singapore office and the team made it memorable to be part of Lark. The product is very powerful and futuristic.

      Cons

      China decision making in every Global decision. They hire people with APJ experience and don't give them freedom to perform nor provide empowerment. Standard line " This is how it works in Bytedance', or ,"This was successful in China". You can never grow if you are not a Chinese national. Random people would be hired as Managers , directors only because they are from China (100% true)
