      Pros

      Lovely owners who do care for their employees.

      Cons

      Middle and Executive level management severely lacking in leadership skills. No sense of "team". Poor benefit package.

      Pros

      Flexible weekday shifts for all shifts.

      Cons

      Terrible owners, low pay, expensive insurance that General Managers don't even enroll in, no 401k match. This company does the bare minimum and will create toxic environments all the while telling you to be thankful you have a job. No job with this company is worth it, better to work fast food. Same pay less room for growth and just terrible work environment.

      They put their employees first, very empowering and they give you opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Covid-19 in 2020-They really did try to help their staff through it and now they know if they had to go into another lockdown what they would do differently.
