      Great pay, unless you're administartive staff

      Pros

      Offer housing to employees which is nice.

      Cons

      Nearly all administrative positions are severely underpaid when compared to other positions. Where MHDD's and security officers are receiving raises during COVID, administrative staff has not seen a change in pay. Just because we do not work directly with patients, doesn't mean we are not as valuable.

      good pay, but not good enough for the work and time you have to put in.

      Cons

      working about 14-16 hour shifts every day.
