      Some co-workers are nice There is 3% match on 401k

      Cons

      Terrible upper management/ Excessive yelling-berating on a daily basis Cut as many corners as possible Zero advancement/ No year performance raise/review 100% reactive and choose not to be proactive Benefits not good

      Cons

      Dictatorial CEO and owner of company with no morals or ethics. If you have a difference in opinion with his, you will be fired. It is a known fact that no one ever says no to the CEO, and if you do, you will be fired.
