The surgeon running the place is ignorant and condescending, he treats the nurses like slaves and there are really no perks. The nurses do all the cleaning, garbage runs, and literally everything while he pays them trash. He treats his employees like absolute garbage and the toxic culture breeds racism and homophobia. The environment was hostile and it absolutely sucked.
