Pros
They had competitive salary for Portugal. If you have good experience - they can take you immediately for chef position since they have lack of good professionals.
Cons
Probably you will not learn there a lot. A lot of people with superior positions who do not have qualification or education for their roles. Management can humiliating screaming on people. There are cases when they were firing people in bad way. CEO lives in his own world, cares too much about his appearance in media, can be rude with people, can interrupt in big work processes and change all your work in a second without explanations.
