Pros

Casual and welcoming environment. Driven leadership. Small office that cares and is aware of what the interns are doing.

Cons

No potential for growth because the office is so small. Fixed positions/roles.

toxic work environment

Pros

The Foundation does provide decent benefits; but that is not enough to make up for the disrespect and contempt you will be subjected to as an employee.

Cons

Hands down, the most toxic and unpleasant work environment I've ever experienced. Expect to be screamed at and derided daily by the President; where employees are frequently reduced to tears following any interaction. At what should be a worthwhile place of employment, employees flee as soon as they are able. Too bad negative ratings aren't available.
