If you are worried about learning, growth, or building your resume this place is an institution in itself. On top of that you get immense gratification when the best engineers in the world use your product on a daily basis. About the culture: It is a company built on TRUST. In the last decade, I have been a part of good teams, I have worked in terrible ones. Never in my career so far, I have seen transparency and trustworthiness that the founding team maintains with everyone in the org. From simple gestures - shipping your work-laptop BEFORE you join or paying salaries in advance; to going out of the way to help during real personal emergencies, the company is one of the best places to work for.
