Stretch your brain and laugh with your colleagues
Pros
Essentially, this company is incredibly supportive of team members wanting to grow in multiple directions. Departments are extremely willing to share knowledge with each other and the company is supportive of employees who want to grow their skill sets in more than one area. The rate at which the company is growing is truly exciting. but somehow, despite the influx , there's really great work life balance at Lastmile which is part of how everyone is able to stay so creative and driven. Leadership knows that burnt out employees don't produce and that unhappy people don't stay. Seems pretty basic but I know so many at other companies where this basic fact is totally lost on leadership.
