      Pros

      Really Flexible. This is a good job if you want to get some site experience. SOME of the people there are really nice.

      Cons

      If the client does not have any work, it means that you are not working and not getting paid. If you are working for this company my best advice would be to RUN.Start looking for another job because your days at Lastinc are numbered.(Very high turnover rate)
