Flexible, hands off - don't have to think about any admin - the system and staff take care of everything Fair commission split
Cons
None really - you have to help court clients yourself and keep the relationship going but that's a huge part of the skillset of being a tutor - which also helps in other industries - so no real issue. Highly selective - but agian that speaks to the quality of tutors they hire
