Extreme working under pressure. No flexibility Poor work-life place Pretty much a modern work slavery place. You are contracted to work 40 hours per week. You can claim overtime once you have done 50 + hours per week. They expect you to work for 10hrs free!. Strong customer focused company as they started in Hull, the company couldn't grow from previous bad reputation for suspicious covid fraud. Now they are buying small companies to improve company brand. They are hiring new technicians and staff every week as previous workers and new starters are leaving or forcing to leave. Very much a toxic place It's not a nice place. I love my job but I hate the company
