Work from home although this is limited to certain roles. Many of the staff are bored and feel watched in the office especially the Sales team
Cons
Explained above. One of the worst office environment to work in. Boring, uninspiring and generally full of senior management looking to critise at any opportunity
Distributed and local teams all pulling together on a great product portfolio, excellent management that balances the demands of gaining market share and influence with keeping people engaged and happy in their work. I've been here for several years now and seen the company achieve many successes, communication is always excellent and my immediate colleagues all appear to feel the same way.
Cons
Remote-working across timezones has challenges sometimes but we use some great apps and services to bring the teams together formally and informally.
