Pros

You get a voucher for free dry cleaning monthly.

Cons

EVERYTHING - Bullying culture - especially from higher management. If you want to work at a company that will reduce you to tears then this is the place for you. There is no structure or processes. You can work yourself to the bone but if someone in management does not like you they will make your life hell.

Pros

The office is in Covent Garden

Cons

The company and leadership team are rotten. A lot of the good people have left this year because its a horrible place to work. It is so bad here that people are leaving before even finding another job. Everytime I asked for help from HR they just ignore me and other people in the company say the same. HR have made the culture bad and bully people. The company promised a bonus for every employee but now they are changing their minds so not everybody will get what was promised. The company hide the truth. The HR and office team said that the customer care team will move to a different place to the rest of the company, but managers still wont tell us where.

Pros

- good working environment - good people - get on with the job - own van - OK for a short time -

Cons

- constant abuse from managers went out on the road - managers are nice in front of your face but behind your backs a different story - company doesn't care about you personally or your life - the more jobs you complete the longer your day - If you stop for a short period of time the customer team will constantly ask you why have you stopped. - 20 minute breaks are not enough for a 9.5 hour or 10 hour shift - expect up to 25 to 30 jobs once you gain experience in first few weeks - the pay is terrible and doesn't weigh on the amount of work you do for them. - at the end of each month you will be under payed on top of tax deductions and anything else they will take admin fees if you get a parking ticket.plus your final net pay isn't what you are expecting to receive - you are just a number to them nothing else you can be replaced easily. - false advertisement in the job role ads online - you are only paid up to when you finish even if your are contract 9.5 or 10 hours a day and dont think if trying to waste time covering those hours they will cut it from your timesheet
