      Pros

      I haven't seen any pros the entire time I was working here. Avoid the company at all costs, unless you want to be set up for failure.

      Cons

      My experience at Laurel Strategies was stressful and frustrating. My work-life balance was awful because I was assigned heavy workloads, and management forced employees to take on tasks outside of their job descriptions. Management didn't provide any support, training, or guidance, and with how high expectations were, employees were basically set up for failure.
