10yThis review is unfortunate because it communicates a failure on our behalf in adequately educating this former employee on our financial sales model thus clearly causing frustration. Our very sales process includes a detailed cost/benefit analysis conducted with prospective merchants which very clearly quantitatively demonstrates to said merchant whether our program is in their best interest or not. As a sales organization, it's reiterated time and time again that we will only win with our merchants, big or small, if we can provide better equipment, service and price.
