Owners run the business & do not appreciate human concerns of employees like ill health, death in the family- even when they know for a fact that all of it is true. Owner will call you when you're nursing your parents for reports & expects you to send across since you're anyways at the hospital and not doing much

# Too much politics among the top management and that too everyone does carry lucrative portfolios where none possess any of the required professional and trade expertise. Which directly or indirectly do affect the employees down the line. # The overall office ambience is filled with Negative Vibes and Dirty politics. # The real talent doesn't get recognised and awarded suitably. # The top management is only money minded to fill in their investor's pockets. And for that, they don't mind going to any extent to hurt or treat a deserving employee of that matter.
