Pros
None, there is nothing to say that is good about this place. Extremely low wage after working on contract you make less than minimum wage while working 9 to 10 hours a day or MORE. That is not good enough for the owner as he does not allow for most major US holidays. and gets mad when you need to leave for family issues. working here made me understand that there are very good and very bad companies. This place falls into one of the worst.
Cons
there are too many to list best Idea is to keep on walking away from Laxco and never look back. you will only make the owner rich while there is the so called stock option ( IF HE feels you have worked enough) total story all the way. stay clear of this and any company the owner deals with. Talks about how you can have the stock and he will show you but you never get to sign up for anything. just a carrot to get you to work harder for less.
