Pros

Working at Le Creuset is a great intro to premium retail. The team are passionate about the brand and genuinely cared about giving customers thoughtful recommendations (not just pushing sales). You learn a lot about product knowledge very fast and how to translate that into helpful service. Management is super supportive, from both store and head office level helping the culture feel collaborative.
