Le Creuset has unreasonable sales goals per outlet store, the system we have to use (registers etc) is ANCIENT. Our card readers can only read chips, not Apple Pay, not smart readers and not even sliding your card. Le Creuset is too cheap to get up-to-date systems. They don't give my manager what he needs to sell product - "No" to mall advertising, "No" to Instagram posts (for letting customers know there's special sales etc.), "No" to other needs we may have to sell more product ... they handcuff our hands but expect BIG sales. It's really bad. Most of us working there only stay because we love the product and love working with each other. NOT for the money (which is barely minimum wage).

Some of my coworkers are not easygoing, and some think that they deserve more because they have been longer on the job, I think new employees can be more committed with the store than some other people. I’m an easygoing person so I’ve tried hard to get along with everyone
