Pros
The company is driven to lead the competition in the areas of luxury and service. That means expectations are high, but reasonable. It's great to work for a company focused on being the best rather than finding a way to save every nickle.
Cons
The customers can be crazy. A woman lost her mind after she left her dress in a car. Insisting that it was the company's fault. whenever a customer does anything incorrectly, they blame the limo company.

Lots of autonomy. Super focused on luxury and customer satisfaction. Drivers can make big money because of the hour minimums.
Cons
Schedule is very erratic because of the nature of the business.
