The main director is the worst. Expected literal back breaking work to move office equipment and furniture to save money. It's a miracle no one was hurt. Offered incentives that never came to fruition. No real career progression unless the director liked you. She was manipulative and never knew what type of mood she'd be in each day. Pay was absolute dirt and no benefits whatsoever. Severe lack of diversity, along with all the casual -isms under the sun.
