Solid Management team, growing business, positive team culture, team-building actives.
Cons
The only down side for me is driving from Rego Park every day. On low traffic days, it's no issue, but even on bad traffic days, the job makes it worth it.

Ariel and his team helped me get many licenses. They provided me with a consistent flow of jobs. They are flexible with scheduling and time off. Growing company with a massive 5 year plan.
Cons
I was driving in the 5 boros and got tired of driving so I switched to a desk job.
