Pros

Good and nice people, some people are very competent and good at protecting their teams - meaning some teams are genuinely good places to work in.

Cons

Your hands are ultimately tied by the CEO, who makes all the decisions and sometimes overturns already made decisions for the worse.

Pros

Great colleagues, ready to help and support when needed. Good career development opportunities, especially for juniors. Steep learning curve due to several company acquisitions in the last few years.

Cons

Massive workload with below-average pay. Product and processes not always keeping up with fast-growth. Toxic top management that constantly changes, as well as micromanagement from the CEO.
