By being a small agency, you are supposed to do whatever is requested, on any platform and for any client. This will freak you out and if you're not gonna take the responsibility, you'll have to justify your incapacity.
- I didn't get paid in time several times and I didn't get all the promised benefits. While talking with my colleagues, I found out that some didn't even get the promised car, although it was in their contract;
- I had to lie several times to clients about the number of employees. The company normally had less than 10 employees, but I was asked to say we were a team of 30. I didn't feel comfortable at all;
- I got extremely rude emails from Management several times. I even saved them because I wanted to sue the company for harassment. I suffered a lot by losing self esteem, feeling never enough, being pushed to do things that I never promised to do when I was hired. I felt humiliated many times.
- Micromanagement and all its bad sides;
- Personal social media accounts were monitored and I got emails that I "shouldn't like" posts or other companies;
- My gmail account was hacked by somebody from management. As you know, Google tells you if you have other session opened on another computer and it offers you the exact location (it was the home address of a manager);
- I always worked much more than 10 hours per day and I was very stressed all the time;
- Fluctuation rate is very high because people don't resist. Check on Linkedin how many people worked at LF in the last years .
Emotionally and professionally, it was an awful experience. I decided to write on Glassdoor because I want further employees to know where they go. When I applied, there was no review and I wish it was.
Even for this review, I got reported several times - probably somebody from the management. I wrote it several times and I will still write it, until I get enough pissed and have a better idea - maybe create an website that can't be reported ;). The internet can do a lot.
