Manager treat the employees as slaves. They dont know the Work ethics. The treat the employees as senior junior category. Work time is bad from 9.30 to 7.30 pm. juniors will leave the daily office once senior is left from the office (This is the rules execute by the IT Head). Manager will always scold the male employees and smiling with the female employees.
