      Pros

      I'm living in Makati and proximity is the reason why it's a good choice. It has its own pantry and I bring food.

      Cons

      Foreign managers are too strict. Very traditional. Old school working environment. All Filipino managers are just puppets. People come and go every week. Boring projects. All online casino and gambling.
