Pros
If you want to test, try or learn something new you can. Nobody is going to stop you. Everyone is very open minded which means is great to hang out and work with anyone in the company You are encouraged to learn from other departments and to grow in order to be better
Cons
The only con I can think of if that it's growing so fast the office is getting cramped
