Flexible hours and minimal supervision.

Cons

The work at Leadership Directories is unfulfilling and thankless. Hard work goes unnoticed by management while the smallest mistakes can lead to vicious reprimand. During my time with the company, I witnessed senior staff publicly berate and demean employees via company-wide emails on multiple occasions. The lack of professionalism is astounding at times, and company morale suffers for it.

Pros

Located close to the PATH for NJ commuters. Great area (Union Square) with good restaurants and retail.

Cons

LDI's business model is becoming more obsolete now that everyone has the internet (and that's a shame). So, they're barely staying relevant and takes out this frustration on their staff by treating them like fecal matter. Upper management & management are terrible examples, creating a passive aggressive and disrespectful atmosphere. This work adds no meaningful value to society. They also exploit workers with intimidation, and people work off the clock to complete mindless tasks (for free!) because they are afraid.

Cons

There were too many challenges to name. Managment thinks that it is acceptable to publicly demean employees. Swearing at employees in company wide emails is ok? Passive aggressive comments are made on a daily basis. People constantly compared working at LDI to being stuck on a sinking ship.
