      Pros

      Good for freshers who can handle a lot of pressure.

      Cons

      Salary on 15th No insurance No pf (illegal considering the number of employees) Sales team held responsible for company not doing well. Product too basic and has limitations. Hire and fire policy. If they do not like someone who has newly joined, they'll fire within a week giving some vague reasons. Even experienced people have been removed with 1 exit without notice period or severance. Extremely unprofessional company exploiting freshers with less salary and giving them maximum amount of work

      Guys this "LEADRAT" already has negative persona amongst B2B SAAS Industry of Bengaluru. If you are going for the any Sales Roles so congratulations you have come to round table of politicians . Many people has left the company due to no scope of growth and it's pure extraction of your soul in the minimalist manner . **If you have joined this firm then try to find another job asap in probation***
