Worked here for around 5 and half years, Extremely Challenging work environment which will push the limits of ones self. As a fresher, there is no better company to get a hands on experience as this one. Direct interaction with clients to understand the business expectations, less turn around time. Easy to interact with the management, not too many hierarchies are present. I got to travel to multiple cities to give presentations to the clients. Good Salary. Only after gaining experience. Free Lunch at office, avoids rush in the morning hours for lunch preparation at home. Location in Himayathnagar helps in avoiding Hitech city / Madhapur traffic. Pleasant and de-stressing environment with plants and trees and pond. Got free Covid Insurance for a short term during Covid crisis. Fast background checks for Future Jobs.
Cons
Work life balance on toss in the initial years. Tech Stack needs to be upgraded. Hardware performance can be increased. Laptop/Desktop. High Notice period of 3 months, 4 months especially in my case. Difficulty in leaves approval. Good possibility of working on the weekends (paid). Agreement signing, which will leave other options and locks the employee for a tenure. No Bonus was given for 5 years of work. It was difficult to shift to WFH in Covid time, after first lockdown was lifted, had to go to the office. No General Insurance for the employee & no PF. Too many WhatsApp groups interfere in our personal gadgets. No Travel allowances even after travelling back to back on tight schedules without break or rest days.
