Pros

- The culture here is really the best thing about this company. They do a really good job at being super transparent with what's going on within the company and really value autonomy. - Most all the people working here share a general philosophy of openness and willingness to learn. You can also learn a lot from the people that work here. - They'll work with you to find the best spot/project for you to work on. They'll also work with you to realize life goals. - 'No vacation' vacation policy. - Juntos. These are biweekly meetings where we come together as a company to discuss interesting tech/business topics - Cool new office

Cons

- Not a lot of structure. They're a relatively new company and still growing and so some things are still being ironed out (i.e. performance reviews, compensation, etc). The intent for many of these things is that they want you to be responsible for them. Which, depending on how you look at it, could easily be seen as a pro.

Pros

- Full remote options - Flexibility and great for people who are self-driven - Great community - "No vacation" vacation policy (unlimited PTO) - Extremely transparent with operations and how things are budgeted/run

Cons

- Not a lot of structure - if you're used to a corporate plan of "you need to do x and y in order to advance in your career" you might be a bit lost. LT will support you in what you want to achieve but it's up to you to make a plan and do it yourself. - Sometimes clients can be difficult? LT will usually try to help you through it but sometimes clients can just be rough.

Pros

- Fantastic and flexible health care coverage options! - Good 401k Matching. - A 'No vacation' vacation policy. - The inclusive culture is one of the best things about this company. > They are transparent with how the company operates including costs, billing rates, and provide a full breakdown of the financials for annual reviews. > This has become especially useful during the COVID-19 pandemic where the company quickly adapted to the changing market and to my knowledge there have been ZERO layoffs! Knowing that you still have a job that is safeguarded and that you can trust leadership with your career is not something to take lightly! In addition they have provided employees spare equipment from the office to make working from home easier for us! > The company is very open to professional development (schooling, tech events, bi-weekly Juntos where employees can present and share knowledge with others.) If you are interested in learning there are a bunch of people willing to feed that passion. - You can provide feedback about anything and expect leadership to follow-up with full transparency.

Cons

(Potential Con, but not applicable for everyone as each of us prefer different management styles) > Leadership has come a long way in acknowledging growing pains with our recent growth as a company. As mentioned in other reviews, you may need to take initiative for reviews, training, feedback, etc however that can be beneficial for those who want a more 'hands-off' approach for management styles.
