there's no process. CEO decides everything. No scrum or agile methodologies. Every day CEO will come to the office and ask engineers to develop a new feature saying there's an important client demo. There's no time to do the coding best practises like unit testing etc. because engineers are always under pressure from the management to keep adding features. As someone already said, it's heavily family driven so you will see there are lot of biasing for the people who come from the CEO's family/friends.
