      The role offers a fair amount of flexibility

      But the company isn’t structured for scaling. As a result, when workloads increase, things can become extremely busy, and you’re often expected to handle most tasks independently.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to grow and expand career paths, managers are willing to share and teach even across departments, learned a lot. Generally a friendly working environment. They are pretty chill on office attire which is nice, just dress appropriately when there are more formal meetings.

      Cons

      High expectations, can get stressful sometimes especially close to event prep time. Some managers are better /worse than others, depends on your luck.
