Pros
I enjoyed working here as this was a place you can see everyone working as a team, people may have their differences in ideas or opinions, but at the end of the day would still come together and pull through as a team. Out of many jobs I have had working in the childcare field, this was the place I felt the most appreciated. They are pretty flexible with scheduling you with hours and it being pretty consistent. I LOVED the fact that if I was needed in a particular room to cover down, I was not stuck in a room that I would not thrive in. They really take into consideration putting you where you'll be comfortable. You have quarterly meetings and trainings to keep you up to date, you would have staff gatherings/outings as well as appreciation gifts for the holidays and for events.
Cons
Like any place it can get crazy and chaotic, but so long as your willing to ask for help and be a team player you will be fine. If your okay with only getting bonuses after certain periods of time that is about it in terms of a very temporary increase in money. I believe for anyone that is a teacher or assistant teacher the pay caps out $16. So if your looking for a raise, then this isn't your place. Although as mentioned before, you are given quite a lot of incentives, paid trainings if it falls on a weekend. You just have to know where you stand in terms of what you want and need; again, don't expect a raise
