Pros

Remote work/flexible hours/great benefits/positive work-life balance

Cons

Sometimes remote work makes collaboration difficult - but I love remote work so I am willing to do extra to make sure my team is on the same page and able to collaborate.

Pros

I enjoy that they are remote first and have a great culture. They take work-life balance very seriously and encourage employees to take care of themselves. Everyone is great to work with and we are taken care of by our HR/Exec. team with gift cards, goodies and swag included. I like that we are not forced to come into the office but are given the opportunity if we'd like.

Cons

Most teams are siloed and there is a gap in collaboration/dissemination of information from team to team. I believe working remotely exasperates this problem, so there isn't an easy fix. I also feel like sometimes there is no direction from management. We should have a common goal that is talked about often that we are ALL coming together to collaborate on and make happen. I feel like so many teams are just doing their own thing with their own goals and nobody knows what is going on sometimes.
