      Pros

      If you are ambitious, they will allow you to grow exponentially in your role. They offer perks like car and phone allowances. Lots of travel. Top notch customers. Family owned

      Cons

      Not being fluent in Mandarin makes doing you job much harder. Constant communication with China makes work life balance impossible. A lot of micro-management under certain senior managers.

      Commuting to the company is very convenient.

      Cons

      PM really needs to work over time a lot to be able to get good GPI. Some Leadership are lack of management skills and threatening subordinate with low KPI rank is horrible
