      Pros

      Flexible work schedule-work the hours you need as long as you put in your full time, Work with a good team of people who care about the client and the genealogy industry. You can work wherever you are as long as you have access to the internet.

      Cons

      With the work at home independent work style you have little social interaction with the work staff. It is important to be a self-motivated to complete the work assigned.

      Flexibility to work from home, great people to work with, management works hard to provide opportunities for employees to be heard and considers our opinions when making decisions, provides incentives and recognition for superior performance, encourages and fosters teamwork.

      Cons

      Remote jobs take discipline to stay focused and on task. We are a small company that is growing quickly. With growth comes change and it can be a challenge to keep up with the changes so flexibility is a must.
