Nothing. You won’t get recognition of your work and salary is also comparatively very less.
Cons
No Proper work culture. They’ll use you to get their work done after working hours and everything is so fake. They ask their employees to give 5 star ratings and send the screenshot to the hr and some people in the team are just un tolerable like nibba nibbi. You’ll work for 6days and week and listen stuff even if it’s not your fault.
