Everything else. The job title for program coordinator is just a fancy version of saying coach. No report management, standard operating procedures, data entry, nothing. It's all just playing with kids. How are they able to lie like this? Oh, and they require you to travel to their run down HQ in San Carlos for an interview.... It would make it 10000000x more efficient if this was done virtually.
Terrible management. From the top down, they do not know how to run a business or keep their employees. Men in management make inappropriate comments about the women. Significant pay discrepancies between female/male colleagues as well as inaccurate job description. You are a PE teacher, bottom line. The pay is sub par for all the work you are expected to do. No mileage coverage, expect to drive around the Bay Area every day. You are expected to BUY your required uniform outside of the t-shirt they give you. Even homeless people get more than one shirt. Favorites are played and they are the white males.
