      Unethical leadership and HR

      Pros

      None what so ever. They work in some basement office with lack of natural light and accessibility.

      Cons

      These people hired me to replace an employee who has resigned. However 2.5 days after they hired me, they fired me with no good reason aside an excuse that this leaving employee has changed their mind and decided to stay. Really unethical.

      Some brilliant colleagues. HR is great. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      Senior leadership can form an opinion of you and that's your lot, despite performance. Remuneration can vary greatly for similar roles. Slow product development. High staff turnover and poor hiring choices. Internal tech and hardware often frustrating.

      Team members are great (If below c-level)

      Cons

      Office not air conditioned, Office not fit for client calls OR meetings. Polo shirts are considered to be a severe state of undress. You will be reprimanded. You WILL be contacted during PTO based on my experience. Personal circumstances do not matter to management team. Their way or the highway. Track record doesn't matter, they'll replace you in a heartbeat based on personal perception. If you give feedback that senior leadership team don't like, you will be managed out of the business. Client base is losing confidence and being turned to competitors. Wasted a lot of money & time on hires that didn't last/got frustrated with management style of c-level.
