      Office location in Sliema Some nice working people

      There was a lot of threatening behavior from higher management and people who are under their protection, suggestions to put "Loyalty towards company above law", the strategy didn't include any numericals for the year but was pure branding, extreme amounts of assets wasted on inefficient marketing, no clear KPI's, constant ignorant market decisions from higher management, continuous threats about results yet no targets were given

      New office in the center of Sliema

      Cons

      - really low salary, compared to other startups - micromanagement of top management - unlimited vacation leave only for some person - hire and fire mentality - toxic environment - if the management doesn't like you, it doesn't matter how good you are doing your job, you will be fired - no benefit - some employees are spies, they report every single sentence you said to top management - arrogant and ignorant people at C level
