Salary paid late on two occasions. UK staff still haven’t been paid our pensions a year on which needless to say is illegal. Severe lack of communication and transparency from senior management during (and after) employment. Company somehow surviving on the support of last-minute investors as it’s not profitable in it’s own right yet. Senior management consistently make the excuse that their main investment has nearly come through but they don’t take enough measures to protect staff in the short term.
