      Young keen staff, fun Christmas party

      Cons

      The partners are abusive - they test people out and then fire them. There is no training - just an expectation that team members will read minds and deliver unspoken demands. The worst.

      Pros

      It’s a very talented team. Most of the non-associates and partners are great. The master chef event was fun. The firm COULD be great if they got rid of the partners!

      Cons

      Wow. Where to start? The partners are abusive, conniving, unpredictable, and quite simply: mean. I’ve worked lots of places, and never have I worked anywhere quite so negative. The partners play people against each other. They tell stories about people behind their backs... stories like “this person is too dumb, so can you do this?”. Very poisonous environment. I’m glad to be gone. Gone to a place with policies, Human Resources, and sanity. Please, if you’re thinking of working here: think one. Think twice. Think three times. And then run away, fast.
