8yWe would like to highlight the very contradiction that the candidate mentions of no work pressure while at the same time talking about feeling under pressure while working.
As regards to work timings, it's a practice to follow office timings anywhere in the world and if a person views sarcasm in the ask to be on time shows the immaturity of the candidate.
The management has always handed over such functions (of time management) to HR representative, and hence such talks really don't seem to be true reflection of the company.
