Pros

None besides you will only learn how to be manipulative and work in a toxic culture.

Cons

I served many years and trust me Working at this company was an extremely negative experience, they can literally betray you at any moment . The leadership operates under a toxic ( beside one or 2 leaders including CSO who has been supportive) , dictatorial style, where employees are expected to obey without question and are constantly subjected to harassment and intimidation. Payments are frequently delayed or withheld without valid reason, everytime you will ask for incentives they will give lame answers like they are in loss , they didn't receive money etc, and there are clear signs of fraudulent practices both internally and externally. They have not paid sales incentives stating company is in loss ( CEO sent an email to all employees in March 2025 to withold all variables including last year because company is not in profit) and to our surprise they are again hiring in market and besides that all CXO’s are being hired on heafty packages. CRO is running his own cafe built with his heavy package from Lemma ( he was never there for any of sales person for support, only came to revenue calls when CEO was present, he never even came to office), other CXO’s also doing their own side businesses feeding like a termite on Lemma salaries. It is only Sales who has been always under pressure to perform and get numbers without any leadership support and alignment. Even their market reputation and alignment is so bad no one wants to work with them. The work environment is one of fear and manipulation, not collaboration or growth. Genuine concerns raised by employees are ignored, and those who speak up face retaliation. There is absolutely no vision, transparency, or ethical leadership here — only exploitation and dishonesty. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. Protect your career, your peace of mind, and your integrity by staying far away from this company. They can even accuse you of filling false leads despite you have shown growth and results. CEO is delusional and thinks his company and product is better than google

Pros

Nothing if you are new comer.

Cons

Old employees have created dependency and reluctant to share anything. Financials are messed up. Randomly one day, they decided to cancel yearly variable pay. No hikes given. Management has 0 market fit knowledge and vision. They control your social media presence as well. Performance is decided based on how you like, comment and share about company on social media. Everything is a mess.

Pros

Learn politics better than Rahul Gandhi. You bladder's strength will improve, as you have only one bathroom per say 30 people. You'll feel that you are at home bcoz the rented apartment is bigger than the office ;)

Cons

You're a part of family, but actual perks are for "real family" member. So all in all you're just an idiot if you give more than required efforts. The CEO would walk down anytime and start saying asking for updates and even say demotivating stuff like you're going to fail, you failed last time in front of entire team. In every award ceremony, you'll find similar faces. i.e favoritism They want to build new system but the people who handles old system aren't ready to help them understand the old one. If you tell them let's make a fresh, the stakeholder would deny upfront. and the old system you can never understand, so basically a viscious cycle to end in failure for sure. The COO bargains time to build features like in a vegetable market. Beware of people: almost all of them "Dogle". They'll say one thing in front of you, and change the very next day. So make sure you have shoulder day twice at gym bcoz man you'll need some tuff shoulder for that weight. There are couple of architects and they keep fighting internally, I mean health debate is good. But good luck with the blame, bcoz at that time you won't find anyone. Your productivity is counted on basis of how much time you sit in office, infront of you desk. You breaks are monitored. Don't consider the Variable part of the compensation, bcoz one day an email will strike that it's null and void and you can't even fight. Dirty tactics of ESOP: esop prgram was announced, but you're only eligible for first tranche after completing 2 years. but guess what before you complete that period they have the fire button. ESOPs only belongs to family member. If you join at all, ask for all fixed compensation. If you're a girl Stay away, as even after multiple POSH complaint, there were no action on "family" members. There are people who are always there to steal you credit, so do not commit any POC if you are not working on the actual task. They laid off everyone who tries to think of their own and build a good system. The Dirty tactics during the layoffs, they have some good CA: Was done without intimating the employees prior, bcoz how else would they waste the couple of months of talented people. They paid the amount in april, but calculated it in March so that they can offset it with profit of 2024 and evade some taxes. The Taxes burden was on us, as we did not earn anything in subsequent month still paid high taxes in prev month. The Leave encashment was also done based on no of days in march i.e 31 days, had it been feb I darevthey considering it 28. :D The false hope calls, HR were made to call each and every laid off employee to convey that they have forwarded our profile. Guess what they never had one. Lies The company is surely going Downhill, so Avoid wasting your precious career.
