Pros

1. Excellent Salary hikes. Generally, all employees gets hike once a year, but my manager was good and granted us hike twice a year. So you see, the organization is flexible. 2. Good perks. Free breakfast, snacks anytime. Best lunch at cheap prices. 3. The top guys are very good. CEO is really good and approachable. 4. The company is really good guys. I had to leave cos my present company made an offer that I could not refuse. 5. You will learn good technologies too. 6. Last but not the least, the people are really friendly. They are smart and they are good.

Cons

There is none. I would ve said infrastructure but now, the company has shifted to excellent location with very nice office.

Pros

Good salary hikes. Challenging work. Good office space in a good location. Colleagues are smart and fun to work with.

Cons

The work is quite stressful as there are impossible deadlines to meet. Managers are abusive during formal meetings with the team, treating employees like street dogs. Culture of mass firing like its a normal thing to do.

Pros

A good entry point to Ad tech. Some talented people are still there, providing some good resources to learn from. Good location in Bangaluru

Cons

International strategy was poor: high aspirations accompanied by very low experience and strategy led to failures across all major international markets. Global market strategy was also poor: one day the company claimed its goal was to be the best in their current niche, a few days later, they abandoned that course. "Core Values" were emphasized a few times, then ignored by management when things got difficult. Company tried to force their own rules and practices internationally, despite differences in regional laws and customs. (contributing to failures noted above). International staff were not treated as well as HQ staff (benefits including stock options, office space, etc.)
